We are not responsible for loss of processors while wearing using our products. Our cases help with retention but they are by no means a guarantee. As with other cases (such as those used with cell phones), the end user is responsible for making sure the device is not lost.

We are also not responsible for damage of processors related to or caused by use of our products. We design our cases to mitigate risk of damage, including cosmetic damage, to processors, but we make no guarantees. Use at your own risk.
